Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed PKR 10,000 or the equivalent value of services directly provided by pk846 to you in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

In addition to the use restrictions set out in Section 5, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform:

1. Accessing the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
2. Impersonating pk846, its staff or any other individual or entity.

4. Introducing any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

7. Circumventing any technical measures implemented by pk846 to protect the Platform or its Content.
8. Using the Platform to facilitate illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or the circumvention of gambling restrictions under Pakistani law.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and, where appropriate, civil or criminal legal proceedings.
